Assistant Of Creative Director

I’m Ravi Kumar, and I work as an assistant to a creative director. My workplace is actually a C/O address with Dilip Kumar Banarjee over at 9 Post Office Road in Dumdum. It’s a pretty straightforward setup. I don’t have a massive office or a team of people under me. It’s mostly just me handling the day-to-day tasks that come with creative projects. Dumdum is a busy part of Kolkata, and being near the post office means there is always something going on outside. The post office is always busy, and there's a tea stall just around the corner where I take my breaks. My desk is usually covered in notes, sketches, and a bunch of phone numbers I need to call. It can get a little overwhelming when several projects are happening at once. I spend a lot of time on my mobile, coordination is basically the whole job. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes it’s just making sure a file got sent or checking a small detail on a print. I’ve been doing this for a while now. The house on Post Office Road is where the work happens.
