Apex People Solution

Apex People Solution is located at F-13, Katju Nagar. We’re right there in the Kolkata-32 area, not too far from the main roads but tucked away enough to get some work done. We focus on people solutions, which is really just a way of saying we help with staffing and hiring. The office is a pretty simple setup. We’ve got our desks, our computers, and usually a lot of paperwork scattered around. It’s just the nature of the business. We deal with a lot of different industries, so every day is a bit different. One day we might be looking for a driver, and the next it’s an office manager. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished website. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people just knowing we’re here in Katju Nagar. We try to be honest with the people who come to us. If we don’t have a role that fits, we say so. It’s better than wasting everyone’s time. The neighborhood is good, and we’ve become a part of the local scenery over time. We just keep at it, through the heat and the rain, making sure we stay on top of the requests that come in. It’s a straightforward way to make a living, and we’re happy to keep doing it from our little corner here. We just take it slow and steady every day.
