Allsport Management

Allsport Management is based out in Manikpore, which is near Harinavi. It’s in the 149 pin code area of Kolkata, so it is quite a distance from the main city center. Our office is a very straightforward and practical place where we handle different sports management tasks. We don't have any flashy equipment or a modern interior design. It is just a functional workspace with some desks, chairs, and a few old sports posters pinned up on the walls. We spend most of our time coordinating schedules and making sure everything is organized for the events or the players we work with. The area around Manikpore is generally very quiet, which helps us get our work done without having too many distractions. Sometimes when it rains heavily, the road outside gets a bit muddy, but that is just something we deal with. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees or fancy cars. It is just a few of us who understand the business and work hard at it every day. We usually start our mornings with a cup of hot tea and a quick look at the to-do list for the day. There is no corporate ladder to climb here, just a lot of work that needs to be finished. We really like being a part of the Harinavi community. People from the area often stop by just to chat for a few minutes. We keep our records in big ledgers and on a couple of older computers. It works for us and we just keep going with the daily routine.
