Aircel

We are located at 1B Uday Shankar Sarani in the 700033 part of Kolkata. This area is always bustling, especially with the Aircel office being right here. It’s not a quiet place by any means. There is the constant sound of the city right outside the door. Inside, it’s a mix of people trying to sort out their phone stuff or just coming in to ask questions. The floor is a bit worn down from all the foot traffic over the years. We have some plastic chairs for people to sit in while they wait. The staff here is just a group of regular people who know the Tollygunge area well. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a guy who brings around tea in small clay cups sometimes. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief during the humid months. It’s a functional space above all else. We don't have any posters with motivational quotes on the walls. It’s mostly just notices and schedules that we need to keep track of. Working in this part of Kolkata means you get used to the noise and the crowds. We just try to get through the queue of people and solve what we can before the day ends. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we do here on Uday Shankar Sarani. We just keep the doors open and do the basic work every single day.
