We are located at 117, D B Road in Kolkata. It’s a straightforward spot in the 700028 zip code area. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. It's just a regular building where we sit and work on various ideas. The name is Age Ideas Ignited, but don't let that make you think we are some high-flying creative agency with bean bags and espresso machines. We are just a group of people working at our desks. Most of our time is spent thinking through things and writing them down. D B Road is a busy enough place, so there’s always some noise from the street coming through the windows. We like being in this part of the city because it feels grounded. Our daily routine is pretty much the same as anyone else’s. We show up, have some tea, and get to work. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just try to come up with decent ideas for whatever project is on the table. It’s a quiet kind of work most days. We don't really do much self-promotion. We just let the people who know us find us when they need something done. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it suits us fine. We have our files, our computers, and each other. It’s a practical way to spend the day. There is no corporate polish here, just a lot of pens and paper.
