African American Pride Media Group [Kolkata Branch]

The African American Pride Media Group has its Kolkata branch situated at T-124, Subhas Pally. This is also in the Garia part of town, with the post office being P.O.- Garia and the pin code 700084. It’s an interesting place to have a media group, and we’ve made this office our own over the years. We focus on media work, which means a lot of creating content and managing projects from our desks. Subhas Pally is a residential-feeling area, so it’s not as loud as some other parts of Kolkata. We like that because it lets us get our work done without too many distractions. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our computers and our workspace, and that’s about it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. It’s just a place for us to do our jobs. Most of us have been here a while and we know the neighborhood well. It’s a branch office, so we keep in touch with the main side of things, but here in Garia, we have our own way of doing things. We just come in, handle the media tasks, and keep things moving. It’s honest work and we don’t see a need to dress it up with marketing talk. The Garia area has everything we need, and Subhas Pally is a good spot for us. We are just a small part of the media world.
