Adecco

Our Adecco branch is located at 101 / E-A, Baghajatin Pally, right near the post office in Baghajatin, Kolkata. It is a busy little corner of the world. The office itself is quite plain, with some old wooden desks and chairs that have been around for years. We spend a lot of time talking to people who are looking for jobs and looking through stacks of paper. It’s a lot of talking on the phone too. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when everyone is on a call at the same time. We don't have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or free snacks. We just have a water cooler and a small space to keep our bags. The floor is a bit uneven in places, and the front door squeaks every time someone comes in, but it’s home to us. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go through those doors over the years. Some are nervous, some are excited, and we just try to treat them like neighbors. Working in Baghajatin means we are part of the local fabric. We know the guy who sells tea outside and the lady at the stationery shop. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, handle the recruitment tasks, and go home to our families. It’s a straightforward life and we like the simplicity of it. No big corporate polish here, just us doing our jobs.
