At Acrocent Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, we are located right on the ground floor of 66/A in Bapuji Nagar. Being on the ground floor in this part of Kolkata makes things a lot easier for loading and unloading. We don't have to worry about stairs or small elevators. Bapuji Nagar is a lively place with a lot of shops and houses mixed together. Our space is pretty basic. We have some shelves for the inventory and a couple of desks for the billing and the computers. It can get a bit noisy with the street traffic right outside, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been operating from this 700092 address for a while and most of the locals know our face. We aren't doing anything flashy. We just receive pharmaceutical goods and make sure they get sent out to the right pharmacies and hospitals. It’s a lot of checking batch numbers and expiry dates. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes the street a bit flooded, but we’ve got the entrance protected. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. We just answer the door and the phone when they ring. It’s a small, family-style environment where everyone chips in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s cleaning up or filing tax papers.
