The street noise is part of our daily life, with the taxis honking and people rushing to the nearby offices. We usually start the day with a quick talk about ongoing projects. There’s always a lot of paperwork to get through, which isn't the most exciting part of the job, but it has to be done. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a dedicated team trying to make sense of power requirements and site layouts. Lunch is often something picked up from the local vendors nearby. It’s a busy atmosphere but we manage to keep things organized. We focus on the practical side of solar and energy, making sure the equipment actually works for the people who buy it. It’s a lot of phone calls to sites and checking on deliveries. We just keep our heads down and do the work here on R.N. Mukherjee Road.
