We are based in Jaysingpur, over in the Shirol taluka of Kolhapur. Our office is at house number 266, right near the 9th lane and very close to the Ram Mandir. Everyone around here knows the temple, so it’s a good landmark for us. We’ve been part of this community for quite some time now. It’s a small-town vibe where everyone knows everyone else’s business, and we like it that way. We do a mix of real estate work and consulting. Most of it involves sitting down with people from the nearby villages or the town itself and talking through their plans for land or houses. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We take our time. Sometimes we spend more time drinking tea and chatting about local news than actually looking at documents. But that’s how things get done here. The office is just a simple room, nothing fancy at all. We have our desks and some old maps of the area. We walk around the 9th lane quite a bit to meet people. It’s honest work and we try to do it right. Being near the Ram Mandir gives the place a peaceful feel, even when things get busy during festivals. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks that come our way, trying to be useful to the people in Jaysingpur. It is just simple, local living.
