Access Realty

Access Realty is a small shop over at G-02 in the Rajdeep Apartment building. We’re right here in Pratibha Nagar and have been for a bit now. It’s just a ground floor space where we keep our files and meet people. Most days, one of us is sitting there by the window watching the street while we wait for the phone to ring. The apartment complex is quiet enough, though you get the usual morning rush. We don’t have any big signs or fancy decorations. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork about local flats and plots. People from the neighborhood stop by sometimes just to ask about prices or what’s moving in the area. We know the streets around Pratibha Nagar quite well since we spend all our time here. It’s not a corporate setup by any means. It’s more of a place where you can just walk in and talk. We handle the usual real estate stuff that comes up in this part of town. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer acts up, but we get the work done eventually. It is a simple operation. We just try to keep things organized so when someone asks about a property, we actually know what’s going on with it. That is pretty much how things go at Shop G-02. We aren't trying to be anything big, just a local spot for people in the building.
