Thermochem Processes is located at Plot No. F-58 in the MIDC area of Gokul Shirgaon. Being in an industrial zone means there’s always the sound of machinery and the smell of metal in the air. Our plot is just a standard industrial space, nothing fancy about the architecture. We have been here for a while, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We arrive early, start up the equipment, and get through the list of tasks. It gets pretty loud inside when everything is running, so we usually have to shout to be heard over the noise. It’s hard work, and by the end of the day, everyone is usually pretty tired. The yard outside gets a bit cluttered with scrap and empty pallets, but we try to clear it out when we have a spare hour. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist; if someone comes by, they usually just walk into the main work area and find one of us. It’s a practical environment for practical work. The surrounding roads in Gokul Shirgaon can be a bit rough on the trucks, but that’s just part of being out here. We don't spend money on decorating the place because that’s not what we’re about. We’re here to handle the processes and get the jobs finished. Most of us live nearby, so it’s a local crew. We just focus on the machines and the orders.
