Raj Laxmi Industries

Raj Laxmi Industries is based at Plot No.G-84 in the Gokul Shirgaon MIDC area. We are right near Bharat Dairy. Being in an industrial zone like this means there is always something going on. There are trucks moving in and out of the lanes all day. Our plot has a decent-sized shed where we keep our equipment and materials. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s a workshop. We have grease on our hands most of the time. We started out small and have just stayed here ever since. The MIDC area is quite large, so we tell people to look for the dairy as a landmark. We don't have a dedicated receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door greets anyone who comes by. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We focus on the work itself rather than how the office looks. The power goes out sometimes, which is a bit of a pain, but we have a backup generator to keep the main machines running. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do a good job for the people who come to us. We’ve built up a small group of regulars who know they can just drop by and talk to us directly. It’s a very practical, hands-on way of doing things. That’s just how we like it. We are usually busy till late.
