Steeltech Automations

We are based at Plot No. 389 in the Ichalkaranji Industrial Co-Op Estate. It’s over in D.B. Babasaheb Khanjire Nagar. Ichalkaranji is a place that never really sleeps because of all the industries. At Steeltech Automations, we deal with the more technical side of things, like automation parts and steel components. Our shop is full of wires, sensors, and metal frames. It’s a bit more technical than just simple fabrication. We spend a lot of time testing things to make sure the sensors are picking up what they should. It’s a lot of sitting and looking at small parts, then standing and moving heavy steel pieces. The mix of the two is what our day looks like. The estate is a busy place with a lot of noise from the textile looms nearby. We’ve been at Plot 389 for some time. We aren't fancy people. We wear our work boots and get to it. Sometimes we have to travel to a client's site to see why a machine isn't working right. Those are long days. Back at the shop, we try to keep things organized but with so many small parts, it’s tough. We just do our best to get the automation kits ready for the next person who needs them. It's a lot of trial and error until everything works just right.
