Standpoint Ltd.

We operate out of Flat No. 4 in Building No. 9 of the PWD Government Housing Society. It's located in E-Ward, Mali Colony, over in the Takala area. The address is 1182/191, which sounds complicated but it's just a regular residential-style building. We converted the flat into an office space a few years back. It still feels like a home in some ways, with the small kitchen in the back where we make coffee and the balcony where we go to take a break. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, except when the kids are playing outside in the afternoon. We don’t have a big corporate sign outside, just a small nameplate near the door. The rooms are filled with desks and piles of paper. We probably should go digital, but we like having the files where we can see them. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which isn't great for our knees. We are a small team and we’ve all known each other for a long time. There isn't much hierarchy here; we just all chip in to get the tasks finished. It's a practical way to work without all the stress of a big office building. We like being in Takala because it's easy for everyone to get to. We just do our work and head home. The light in the hallway has been flickering for a week.
