We've been working out of the 24 Star Tower in Shahupuri for a while now. It's right there at 1113/1 E Ward, near the Panch Bunglow area. We handle real estate stuff every day. It’s a pretty busy spot. Most days we are just answering the phones or meeting people who want to look at different houses. Sparkle Realty India Private Limited isn't some huge faceless thing, it is just a few of us in the office. The street outside gets really noisy sometimes but the office inside is okay. We deal with property papers and land deals mostly. If you're looking for our place, just head toward Shahupuri. It's a local neighborhood and everyone knows where the Star Tower is. We try to keep things straightforward. No fancy talk here. Just property work. Sometimes it is slow, other times it's non-stop and we barely have time for lunch. We spend a lot of time checking out sites and talking to builders about their projects. The Panch Bunglow area has changed quite a bit since we first started. There is more traffic now than there used to be. Our desks are usually covered in maps and folders and printouts. It’s just how we do things here. We know the area well because we live and work right in this part of town. Real estate can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork, but we get through it. We've been at this address for some time. It's a solid place to be for us.
