We operate out of Uchgaon, right alongside National Highway No. 4. Being on the highway is convenient because we can get our machines out to different sites quickly. We’ve got a couple of excavators and some other heavy equipment that we use for various digging jobs. Whether it’s clearing a patch of land for a new project or digging out a foundation, we’re usually out there in the dirt. The machines take a lot of beating, so there’s always something that needs greasing or a bolt that needs tightening. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a local team doing the work. The office is just a small place at our post in Uchgaon where we keep the keys and the logbooks. People stop by or call us when they have a job that needs heavy lifting. We’ve seen a lot of changes on the highway over the years, more traffic and more buildings going up. That keeps us busy. We don't have any fancy marketing. We just let the work speak for itself. If we do a good job on a plot, the neighbor usually asks for our number. It’s honest, physical work that leaves you tired at the end of the day, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep our equipment ready and wait for the next call.
