Sai Earth Movers

Our workshop is out in Village Kandgaon, in the Karveer area. It’s a quiet place compared to the city, but we have plenty of space for the machines we keep. We deal with heavy equipment, mostly for digging and moving dirt for local projects. You can usually see our yellow machines parked near the entrance of the lot. It’s a family-run spot and everyone chips in. My brother and I take care of most of the maintenance work ourselves. The ground gets pretty muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the tracks on the excavators. We don't have a big fancy office, just a small cabin with a desk and some old calendars on the wall. People from the nearby farms and construction sites come to us when they need a trench dug or some land cleared for a new shed. We’ve been in Kandgaon for years now and we like the pace here. It’s honest work that leaves you tired at the end of the day. Sometimes the machines break down in the middle of a job, and we have to go out with our tools to fix them in the field. That’s probably the hardest part of the job, working under the hot sun. We don't use a lot of technology here, just good old-fashioned mechanical skills. We know everyone in the village, and they know where to find us. It’s a simple life focused on the machines.
