Setu Agrobiotech & Textile Industry Private Limited is based in Jai Hind Nagar, over in Kabnur, Kolhapur. We operate out of the place belonging to Baburao Ramchandra Vhanabatte. It is a local area and we have been part of this community for a while. We do not have a massive factory or a fancy corporate suite. It is just our workspace where we manage the textile and biotech side of things. Most of the time, we are just busy with the daily routine, making sure the orders are right and everything is on track. We do not use much of that polished business language you hear from big city companies. We just speak plainly. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice for getting work done. Being in Maharashtra-416116 means we know the local scene well. We do not really have a big mission statement hanging on the wall. We just show up and do what needs doing. Some days are harder than others, especially when things get busy, but we just push through. We do not have any marketing people to make us look better than we are. We are just real people working in Kolhapur. It is a simple operation, and we like keeping it that way. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay productive throughout the week without making a big deal about it.
