Sai Decorators

Our shop is located in the 3rd Lane of Shahupuri in Kolhapur. It is a narrow street and things can get a bit cramped when we are loading up the trucks. We have been at this spot for quite some time, and the neighbors all know us by now. Inside the shop, you’ll find piles of fabric, bundles of fairy lights, and wooden frames leaning against the walls. It is never really tidy because as soon as we clean up from one job, we are starting on the next one. We spend a lot of our time out at different venues, but this is where all the planning and fixing happens. If a light bulb breaks or a curtain gets a tear, we bring it back here to get it sorted. There are just a few of us working here, mostly family and some local boys who help with the heavy lifting during the busy wedding months. We don’t have a fancy office for meetings. Usually, we just sit on the plastic chairs out front or inside among the decor items and talk through the details. Kolhapur is a place where people appreciate hard work, and that’s what we provide every day. The work is physically tiring, especially when the weather is humid, but we’ve grown used to the routine. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the decorations ready for whoever needs them.
