We spend most of our time here at Lane No 7 in Rajarampuri, Kolhapur. The shop is usually busy with people coming in to talk about weddings or small home functions. Sai Events And Decorators has been around this part of town for a bit now. You can find us pretty easily if you know the Rajarampuri area well. It gets quite crowded on the weekends especially when there are many ceremonies happening nearby. We usually have ladders, some cloth bundles, and decorative items sitting around because there is always something to prep for. Sometimes the lane gets narrow when we are loading the trucks, but that is just how things go here in Kolhapur. Most days start early with us checking the inventory and making sure the lights and flowers are ready for the next setup. It is not a very big or fancy office, just a practical space where we get the work done. People walk by and peek in to see what new colors we are using for the week. It takes a lot of manual work, moving things back and forth from the shop to the venues. We just try to keep things moving and make sure every person who hires us gets what they asked for without too much fuss. It is hard work but we are used to it by now.
