Laxmi Civil

Laxmi Civil is our small outfit based in Kolhapur. We are over in the Kasaba Valve area, right near Pratibha Girls School. Most of what we do involves civil work, so we are usually covered in dust or mud. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our files and meet to talk about the next project. We don't have any polished presentations or corporate talk. We just show up at the site and get to work with the bricks and mortar. Being near the school means we hear the kids during their breaks, which is a nice change from the sound of construction. Kolhapur is where we’ve always been, and we know the ground here well. We don't have a huge crew, just a group of steady workers who know their jobs. Sometimes the work is slow when the weather doesn't cooperate, but we find things to do. We fix our tools or organize the yard where we keep the materials. We aren't interested in being the biggest civil firm in the district. We just want to do a decent job and move on to the next one. People in Kasaba Valve know where to find us if they have a project in mind. We don't do much advertising because we’ve built our reputation by just being around for so long. It’s hard work and the days are long, but it’s what we know. We take pride in just getting the job done.
