You’ll find us in the Shiroli MIDC area of Kolhapur, right across from Rocket Engineering. This is a real industrial hub, so there’s always the sound of heavy machinery and trucks passing by. We do engineering work and consulting, which mostly means we spend our days looking at drawings or visiting local plants to solve problems. Our office at 1771 is a practical space where we can spread out blueprints and sit down with clients. We aren't the type to wear ties; we’re usually in work shirts and sturdy shoes. Being in Kolhapur, we work with a lot of the local manufacturing businesses that have been here for generations. We don't have a marketing department or any glossy brochures. People come to us because they have a technical issue that needs a practical solution. It’s a small team, and we’ve all been in this field for a long time. We try to keep our advice simple and easy to follow without using too much jargon. The work is steady and it keeps us grounded in the local community. We like being in the heart of the industrial zone where all the action is. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary, and we enjoy the challenge of figuring out how things work. Sometimes the days are long, but solving a tough problem for a neighbor makes it worth the effort in the end.
