Our office is over at Plot No. 78 in A Ward, Phulewadi, which is in Kolhapur. We operate under the name Archivista Engg. Proj. Pvt. Ltd., but to most folks, we’re just the people who handle the engineering and project side of construction. Kolhapur is a busy place with a lot of history, and we try to work in a way that fits the local style. We aren't a corporate giant with thousands of employees. We’re a smaller team that focuses on getting the technical details of a project right before any bricks are laid. You’ll find us mostly arguing over blueprints or checking the latest site reports that come in. It’s not always clean work; we get dusty when we go out to the sites in Phulewadi or other parts of the city. We don't have a marketing department to write fancy things about us. We just do the engineering work and manage the projects so they don't fall behind. Sometimes things go wrong, like a supplier being late or a measurement being slightly off on the ground, and we have to solve those problems on the fly. It’s just what happens in this industry. We keep our heads down and focus on the task at hand until the building is done. It takes a lot of patience to deal with the various permits and the daily surprises on a job site.
