Site Engineer

In Sangli, you can find us over at M.G. Colony on the Old Kupwad Road. We are at Plot No. 80. The area is quite industrial and busy, so there is always some noise from the traffic and the shops nearby. Our office is a simple room where we keep our laptops and all the paperwork that comes with being a site engineer. It's not a place with air conditioning or a fancy waiting area. Most of the time, the floor is a bit dusty from the site visits we do every morning. We don't have a corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It is just us handling the day-to-day requirements of various projects. Sangli weather can get pretty dry, so we always have a water cooler running in the corner. We don't believe in using big words to describe what we do; it is just about making sure things are built according to the plan. Sometimes the work is repetitive, but it is important. We spend a lot of time talking to laborers and making sure the supplies are what they should be. When the day is over, we just lock up and head home like everyone else. There is no polish here, just honest work and a lot of focus on the details of the site. It is a good place to work, even if it gets a bit chaotic sometimes. We keep our tools ready and our schedules as tight as possible. It is just the way we do things.
