We are located over in Ichalkaranji, specifically in Ekta Colony at Solage Mala. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stand but not too bad. Our office is at 24/1724, and it’s been the base for Kirloskar Brothers Ltd. in this area for some time. It is a simple setup. You won’t find any fancy lobby or high-speed elevators here. We just have our desks and the equipment we need to keep things moving. Most days are spent looking over orders or talking to people about pump sets and engineering parts. The staff here is local, so we know the town inside out. During the summer, it gets quite hot, so we keep the fans running all day long. The building is sturdy and old-fashioned. We share the colony with families and a few other small businesses. It feels like a community. If you come by, you might see us having a tea break outside. We don't use much big talk here. We just focus on the tasks at hand and make sure everything is sorted before we head home to our families. Ichalkaranji is a busy place with all the looms, but our corner in Solage Mala stays relatively calm. It’s just a normal workplace where we try to stay organized and get through the daily list of things to do without making a big fuss about it. That's just how we operate around here.
