Eibenstock Positron Elektrowerk

We are located over at 144/1-2-3 in the Kallappanna Awade Cooperative Industrial Estate. It’s out in the Tardal area, near Hathkanagale. Eibenstock Positron Elektrowerk has been running from this facility for quite a while. The estate is quite large, so it takes a minute to drive through to our plots. It’s a proper industrial setting, with big sheds and plenty of heavy power lines running overhead. Inside our space, things are pretty busy most of the time. We have a lot of benches set up for the electrical work we do. It’s not a quiet place, but it's productive. Most of the people working here are from the local villages around Hathkanagale, so it feels like a community in a way. We take our breaks together and talk about the local news or the weather. The building is functional—concrete floors and high ceilings to keep it a bit cooler. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the tools and parts are put together right. Sometimes the trucks arrive late and we have to stay a bit longer to get everything unloaded. It’s just the daily grind for us here at Eibenstock Positron Elektrowerk. We’ve been part of this industrial estate for years and we’ve seen it grow quite a bit since we started out here.
