Our workspace is located in Kolhapur, within the Sai Prasad Housing Society. We are on Plot No 24 in the Sane Guruji Vasahat area. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which is exactly how we like it. Working in a housing society gives the whole place a very different feel than a typical office block. You hear birds in the morning and see people walking their dogs while we are starting our day. We’ve set up our office in a way that’s practical for our daily tasks. We aren't big on decorations or anything that looks too corporate or shiny. There are plenty of shelves filled with project folders and a few computers that have seen better days but still work perfectly fine for what we need. Most of us are locals, so we speak the same language and understand how things work around here. We don't have a receptionist to greet you at the door; usually, someone just looks up from their desk and says hello. We spend our time checking details and making sure our reports are finished on time. It’s a lot of quiet work interspersed with the occasional loud discussion about a technical problem we're trying to solve. Lunch breaks are usually spent together, sharing whatever food people have brought from home in their tiffins. It’s a humble setup, but it suits the kind of people we are. We aren't looking for fame, just a place to do our jobs properly in our hometown.
