Diamond Crown Realtors LLP has its office at Plot No 382, right on the 1st Lane of Rajarampuri. This is in the Karvir area of Kolhapur. Our office is a straightforward space where we deal with all sorts of property matters. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The 1st Lane can get pretty crowded with bikes and cars, especially in the evenings. We usually have some files piled up on our desks because there is always something to do. It isn't a very large office, but it's enough for what we need. We spend a lot of time drinking local tea and chatting with people who stop by to ask about land or flats.
