We are located at Plot No. E-22 in the MIDC Shiroli area. Consummate Materials Testing & Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is basically a lab where we check if things are as strong or as good as they’re supposed to be. We have various machines for testing different materials. It’s not a very exciting place to look at from the outside, just another building in the industrial zone. But inside, we’re busy with samples and reports. We take it seriously because if we mess up a test, it causes problems for the clients later on. It’s a lot of paperwork and technical details. Most of the staff has been here for years, so they know the machines inside out. Shiroli is a big hub, so we get stuff coming in from all over the region. It can get a bit overwhelming when everyone wants their results at the same time, but we just go through the pile one by one. We don't really do much advertising. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or long-term contracts with local factories. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, just reliable. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and watching gauges. Some days are slow, others we can't seem to catch a break. That’s just the nature of engineering services. We keep our equipment calibrated and try to stay out of the office politics that happen in bigger places. It’s just us doing our job and trying to be as accurate as possible.
