Cipla Ltd, Goa.

We have been operating Cipla Ltd, Goa from our location at Radhanagari in the Kolhapur district for some time now. It is a bit out of the way compared to the big city offices, but we like it here in Maharashtra. The pin code is 416212, and it’s a fairly quiet area most days. Our building is just a normal one, nothing that stands out on the street. We don’t have a big team, but we are all local people who know the area well. The walk to work isn't too bad for most of us. Sometimes the weather gets a bit rough during the monsoon, and the roads can get muddy, but we still make it in to get the work done. We don’t really do all that fancy talk you see on some company websites. We just focus on our daily tasks and make sure everything is handled the right way. Inside the office, it’s just desks, chairs, and a few computers. It’s a practical space without any unnecessary decorations. We have a small area where we keep our lunch boxes and make some tea when we need a break. It feels more like a small family working together rather than a big corporation. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up every morning, do what needs doing, and head home to our families in the evening. It’s a simple life.
