We are located out at the Kagal-Hatkanangle 5 Star Midc, right near the Bank of India. It’s a bit of a drive out from the main city, but the industrial area is where we need to be. The facility at A-19 is where all the daily operations happen. It’s a pharmaceutical unit, so things are kept quite clean and there are strict ways we have to do things. The air always has that slightly sterile smell to it. Most of the staff comes in from the surrounding villages and towns. We have a set schedule that we stick to pretty closely. It’s not the kind of place where things change every five minutes. We have our production lines and our storage areas, and everyone knows their role. Lunch breaks are usually spent together in the common room. We’ve been part of this Midc for a while and have seen other businesses come and go. It’s a practical environment. We don't have fancy brochures or a glossy front office. It's just a working plant where we focus on getting the products right. Sometimes the weather out here gets really intense, especially during the monsoon, but the building is solid. We just keep our heads down and make sure the batches are processed correctly. Being near the bank is a good landmark because the industrial estate is quite large and easy to get lost in.
