We are Bpg Estates Private Limited and you can find us over at 1113/1 in the E Ward. We’ve been set up inside Star Tower in Shahupuri for a while now. It’s a busy spot. Most days we are just here at our desks handling the paperwork that comes with running an estate office. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office building with people coming and going. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow, but we make do. Shahupuri is a lively area to work in, there is always something happening outside on the street. We started this because we wanted to work in this part of town. Our office isn’t huge, but it fits the few of us who work here daily. We deal with property things, mostly local stuff around this side of Kolhapur. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy ads. We just show up, open the shutters, and get to work on whatever is on the desk that morning. If you ever walk by Star Tower, you might see us. It’s just a plain room with some chairs and files. We keep things pretty simple here. No big corporate rules or anything like that, just some guys trying to get the job done and go home on time. We’ve been in this E Ward spot for a bit and it feels like home now. That’s pretty much us, Bpg Estates.
