We operate out of Matruchaya Bangalow. It is on Jaybhavani Galli in Kasaba Bawada. Aditya Chavan Engineers And Developers is what we go by, but some folks know the Swapnatle Ghar name too. We are located near Sawant Hospital. It is a quiet enough area for a bungalow office. We handle building projects and all sorts of engineering stuff. It is not a big flashy firm. We mostly deal with local folks looking to get things built around here. Kolhapur is a good place for this kind of work. We have spent a lot of time on site and in the office drawing things up. The bungalow feels more like a home than a stiff office building. That is probably why we like it so much. We have some plants outside and a bit of parking for visitors. Kasaba Bawada has its own feel compared to the rest of the city. We have been around here for years now. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It is about bricks, mortar, and planning. Sometimes it gets stressful when deadlines hit, but that is the job. We drink a lot of tea while we look over the blueprints. Neighbors often wave when they walk past the gate.
