We are based at 295, Phulewadi, right near the 5th Stop in Kolhapur. Even though there's a connection to Bangalore in the name, this is where we actually do the daily work. It’s a bit of a different pace here in Maharashtra compared to the big IT hubs. Our building is easy to spot if you know the area. We’ve got a small team that handles the various tasks that come in. It’s mostly computer-based work, so you’ll see a lot of screens and cables around the office. We aren't big on corporate rules or fancy titles. Everyone just kind of pitches in where they are needed. Sometimes the internet acts up or it gets a bit loud outside, but we just keep going. It’s a humble setup, really. We spend our days looking at spreadsheets and project files. When people visit, they usually just find us busy at our desks. There’s no big lobby or a person in a suit greeting you. We prefer it that way because it keeps things honest. We've been in Kolhapur for a while and we like being part of the local scene here. It’s a good spot for us. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do to show what we are about. It’s a simple life, focused on the projects we have on hand and making sure we get things done before the day ends.
