Navajyothi International School

Over in the Bangarapet area of Kolar, you’ll find Navajyothi International School. It’s situated in KGF, and the local 563114 community knows us well. The school isn't something out of a magazine. It’s a solid building where kids from the surrounding parts of Kolar come to study every day. The mornings usually start with the sound of buses arriving and children running toward the main doors. We’ve got teachers who have been with us for a good while, and they just get on with the job of teaching math, science, and languages. The classrooms are basic, filled with wooden desks and the smell of chalk and old paper. During the rainy season, things can get a bit muddy around the yard, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be anything other than a decent place for children to spend their day learning. There is a small playground where they spend their free time, and it’s always loud during the lunch hour. We handle the usual school problems like lost sweaters or forgotten lunchboxes. It’s a very grounded place. People in Bangarapet know where to find us if they need to talk about their child's progress. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's mostly just the principal and a few office staff members keeping track of everything in their ledgers. We just aim to keep the school running smoothly for the families here.
