Our office is in the West Colony at Ambuja Nagar, which is part of the Kodinar area in Junagadh district. We are in block G-81. This is a company township, so everyone around here either works for the cement plant or knows someone who does. The colony is pretty self-contained with its own little shops and parks. We handle the administrative tasks for the local unit from this ground-floor unit. The address is 362 715 for anyone sending letters. Gujarat summers are tough, so the colony has plenty of shade trees, but it still gets quite warm inside G-81 by midday. We don't have a big lobby or a secretary. You just walk up to the door and knock. Inside, it is mostly just stacks of files and a few computers. We have been part of the Kodinar community for a long time. Life here moves at the pace of the factory whistles. When the shift ends, the streets get busy, and when it is working hours, things are a bit quieter. We focus on the day-to-day logistics of keeping the plant's needs met. It is honest work and there is no need to dress it up with fancy words. We just make sure the records are right and the local staff gets what they need to keep the cement moving out to the rest of the state. It is a steady life and we are happy to be part of the local neighborhood.
