Our office is located at Bungalow No.Wa-4 in the Central Site area of West Bokaro. It is right in the middle of the mining hub here in Ghatotand, within the Ramgarh district. Working out of a bungalow gives our workplace a bit of a different feel compared to a standard office building in the city. It is usually a bit quieter, although you can still hear the distant hum of the machinery from the work sites nearby. We spend most of our hours here dealing with the logistics and the heavy paperwork that comes with our daily routines. The roads in this part of Jharkhand can get quite rough, especially when the monsoon rains hit, but we still manage to keep everything moving along. The Central Site is a well-known spot in the community, so people usually find us without needing much help. Inside, the rooms have been turned into workspaces with enough room for all our charts and logbooks. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee and take short breaks when things get hectic. It feels more like a house that slowly turned into an office over the years. The staff here has been around for a long time, so everyone knows exactly what they need to do. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and a few local maps. It is a functional space for a hardworking crew that just wants to get the job done.
