A L G Cresent School

A L G Cresent School is located on the Main Road in Madikeri. Actually, it is right where Main Road meets Mahadeva Pet Road, so it is a very busy spot in the middle of Coorg. There is always a lot of traffic passing by, with buses and cars honking all day long. We are right there in the thick of it. The school is an old part of the town and many people in Madikeri have walked through these doors at some point. It is not a quiet place because of the location, but that makes it very accessible for everyone. The 571201 area is hilly and green, which you can see from the upper windows of the building. We have the usual classrooms and a small area where students gather. It’s a bit cramped sometimes because of being on the main road, but we make it work. The staff are busy people who have been here for years. We don't go in for anything too decorative or modern. It is just a solid building where the local kids come to get through their lessons. You can smell the coffee from the nearby shops in the morning air. It is just a normal school day for us here on Mahadeva Pet Road, keeping things moving and looking after the students. We are just a fixture of the local street life here in the mountains.
