We have been operating as a private hotel company here for quite a while now. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters; it’s just where we manage our business and look after our guests. The traffic on Banerji Road can be quite something during the rush hour, so there is always the sound of horns and buses outside. We’ve grown used to it over the years. Our building is a solid, straightforward structure that fits right in with the neighborhood. We don’t have a big marketing team or a polished mission statement. We just focus on keeping the rooms ready and making sure the staff is doing their jobs properly. Many of our guests are here because they have something to do at the Town Hall or they are working in the offices nearby. The local shops and tea stalls around us are where we usually go for our own breaks. It’s a very grounded, local operation. We know the people on our street and they know us. If you need a place to stay that is right in the middle of Kochi and doesn't have any unnecessary frills, we are here. It’s just a regular business run by regular people who know the city well. We've been here through the rains and the heat. We've seen the town hall host all sorts of events.
