S. S. Metals

We are located in the Sai Buildings right on T. D. Road in Ernakulam. It’s a pretty central spot, near the T. C. I. building, so people find us easily enough. S. S. Metals is basically just a group of us working with metal all day. The street outside is always full of life, with people rushing to the markets and the sound of horns everywhere. Being in Dist-Ernakulam, we get all sorts of customers coming through. Sometimes they just need a small piece for a home repair, and other times it's much bigger orders. Our space in Sai Buildings is packed to the ceiling with stock. It gets a bit cramped when a new delivery arrives, but we manage. We aren’t big on fancy talk or long meetings. We just get the metal cut and ready. The air around here smells like iron and old rain, which is pretty typical for this part of Kerala. We have been in this spot for a long time, and we know the neighbors well. Everyone knows the S. S. Metals sign near the corner. It’s not a corporate office with air conditioning in every room; it’s a working shop. We work hard, we close up late, and we come back the next morning to do it all over again. T. D. Road is a busy place to be, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else right now.
