Cochin Tubes

We've been at the Sree Durga Building on TD Road for a while now. Most people know the spot because it's right near Flower Junction, not far from Ernakulam College. It gets pretty busy around here with the students and the traffic coming through. My name is Ravi and I usually open up the shop in the mornings. We deal with tubes of various sizes. Mostly steel and some PVC when we have them in stock. The warehouse space in the back stays pretty cramped because we try to keep a lot on hand. It's just three of us working here most days. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it's quiet enough to actually organize the shelves. We’ve had some issues with the old sign out front lately, but we haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. The building itself is older, but it serves us well. Most of the people who come in are local contractors or guys looking for specific parts for a repair job at home. We try to keep things simple. No fancy showroom or anything like that. Just racks of metal and plastic and a desk where we do the paperwork. It’s dusty work, so we keep a fan going near the entrance. If you're coming by, look for the yellow front near the junction. Usually, there's a truck loading out front which makes parking a bit tight on TD Road. We stay until six.
