Riviera Suites

Riviera Suites is located on Pandit Karuppan Road in the Thevara Water Front area of Kochi. We are right by the water, which gives the place a different feel than the middle of the city. It is much quieter here and you can see the boats passing by sometimes. Instead of regular small hotel rooms, we have suites that have a bit more space in them. They are more like small apartments with a sitting area. We have been here for quite a few years and the building has aged a bit with the humidity from the water. We have a small garden area that we try to keep tidy. Most of our guests are families who are staying for more than just a day or two. They like having the extra room. We don't have a big restaurant on the premises, so people often cook for themselves or go out to the nearby shops. The staff is small, just a few people who handle the keys and the cleaning. It is a very relaxed atmosphere here. We don't have a lot of rules or a fancy lobby. It is just a place to stay by the water. We spend our time keeping the suites ready and looking after the grounds. It is a simple and quiet way to live and work. We see the same faces coming back every year and that is how we like it.
