Mindflare Technologies (Opc) Private Limited

Mindflare Technologies is run out of the Jayaraj Kavunkal House in Alissery Ward, Alappuzha. It’s an OPC, which means it’s a very small operation, mostly just me and a bit of help. Alappuzha is a beautiful place, but the salt in the air can be a bit of a challenge for the computer hardware. The office isn't anything impressive; it’s just a room in a house filled with books, cables, and a couple of monitors. I don't have a big corporate strategy or a team of salespeople. I just take on projects that I know I can handle and work through them one by one. Most of the day is spent coding or troubleshooting issues for people. It gets a bit lonely sometimes, but it also means I can focus without anyone looking over my shoulder. There’s no dress code or formal meetings. I usually work in whatever is comfortable. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, except for the occasional festival or the sound of the boats nearby. I don't have a fancy website or a big advertising budget. People find me through word of mouth or by just knowing I’m here in the ward. It’s a very basic way to do business, but it works for my lifestyle. I just keep my head down and try to produce work that makes sense. It’s not a big empire, just a small tech shop in a coastal town.
