Alignminds Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Alignminds Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is based out of the Asset Iris building. We are right by the NF Gate on the Main Road in Tripunithura. It's a pretty busy area with a lot of shops and people passing through. Our office is a decent size. We have a few different rooms for different teams. It’s mostly software engineering and app development that happens here. We’ve got a lot of whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles and diagrams that only half of us understand. Tripunithura has a lot of history, but our office is quite modern compared to the surroundings. We have a small area where we sit and eat lunch together. It’s not a formal cafeteria, just a table and some chairs. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad for most of the team. We have our fair share of stress when a project launch is coming up, but we get through it. We aren't into the whole "corporate" vibe. We just want to build things that work. Sometimes we stay late, other times we leave early if the work is done. It’s a flexible place. We focus on the code and the designs. That’s the core of what happens here at Asset Iris. It’s a good group of people just trying to do their jobs and get home on time. We often talk about the local football matches during our breaks.
