Keerthi Pharma is right here on Freedom Road in Kaloor. We've been at this spot near Deshabhimani Cross Road for quite some time now. It’s a busy area, and we see a lot of people coming through every day. The shop isn't huge, but we keep it organized so we can find what folks need without making them wait too long. My brother and I usually handle the counter most days. We get the stock in early in the morning, check everything against the lists, and get it on the shelves. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late because of the traffic on the main road, which can be a bit of a headache, but we manage. Kaloor has changed a lot since we started, with more buildings popping up everywhere. We try to keep a good variety of medicines because you never know what someone might come in asking for. It’s mostly regular stuff for fevers or blood pressure, but we get some odd requests too. We don't have fancy displays or anything like that. It's just a simple pharmacy where we know most of the neighbors by their first names. If we don't have something, we usually try to get it by the next day from the distributor. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning until we close up at night. The fans in here get a bit noisy when it's hot, but that's just how it is. We’re just happy to be here.
