We run Cgl Projects Pvt. Ltd. out of Hannas Arcade. It’s a decent spot for an office, though parking around the arcade can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Inside, it’s mostly desks, filing cabinets, and some maps on the walls. We handle various projects, which means there is a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. We aren't some giant corporation with a lobby and a fountain. It’s just us in a regular room trying to keep everything organized and on schedule. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down and everyone gets a bit grumpy, but we get through the pile of folders anyway. Hannas Arcade is a busy place with other businesses around us, so there is always some noise in the hallway. We’ve been here for a while and the carpet is starting to show its age, but it’s a solid place to work. We don't spend much on decorations because we’re usually too busy looking at blueprints or spreadsheets. People come by to drop off documents or talk about upcoming jobs. We try to stay on top of the mail and the emails as they come in. It’s basic, honest work. We just show up every morning at the arcade and do what needs doing for the projects we have on hand. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps us busy. We just keep our heads down and finish the tasks.
