Aventis Pharma Limited is situated on T D Sannidhi Road in the Thammanan area. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time now. Thammanan is a lively place, and our street is always full of activity. Our building is a basic structure that gets the job done. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a bunch of receptionists. It’s mostly just us and a lot of shelves filled with medicine and supplies. Our mornings usually start with the sound of trucks pulling up and the rattling of the gate. We spend a good chunk of the day counting stock and making sure the paperwork matches up with what’s in the boxes. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. The office can get a little crowded when we have a lot of inventory coming in at once, so we have to be careful where we step. We have a few old fans that keep the air moving, though they can be a bit loud. The team is just a few local people who know the business inside and out. We usually get our coffee from the little shop down the road. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and make sure the orders are ready for the next day. It’s a practical and honest way to spend the week.
