Being in the Khorda district of Orissa means we are part of a busy community. We have an open kitchen setup here. It’s not like those big closed-off industrial kitchens you see in movies. We like the openness of it. It feels more natural. Most of our time is spent preparing food and managing the kitchen operations. It’s a lot of heat and hard work, especially during the middle of the day. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy stories about us. We are just a group of people who enjoy working in a kitchen. The address at Jatni is easy to find if you know the area. We have been here for a while, and the neighbors know us. We don't use corporate language because it doesn't fit what we do. We just cook and run the business. Sometimes things get messy, but that’s a kitchen for you. We keep things practical and focus on the food. The "Shining Villa" name sounds fancy, but it’s just our workplace where we get things done. We don't have any big secrets. We just show up, light the stoves, and start the day’s work like everyone else around here.
