We've been at N5/537 for a bit now. People usually find us because we're right in front of the IRC Govt. Hospital. It’s a busy spot but we like it here in IRC Village. We mostly focus on traditional Odia cooking, especially the kind of meals you’d get at home. Besara is in our name, so you can probably guess what we're doing in the kitchen most of the day. It’s a simple setup. We aren't trying to be fancy or anything. Just some tables and chairs and good smells from the mustard paste. The staff here mostly grew up around Bhubaneshwar, so we know the local taste. It gets a bit crowded during lunch hours when the hospital workers and families come over. Sometimes the wait is a few minutes, but we try to move fast. We buy our vegetables nearby. The menu doesn't change much because people usually come for the same three or four things. We don't have a big sign, so just look for the building across from the hospital gate. It’s a plain place, nothing too special to look at, but the food is honest. We stay open until the dinner rush settles down. If you're walking through IRC Village, you'll see us there. The kitchen is always a bit noisy with the sound of grinding spices. We have about six or seven tables. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we've been too busy lately.
